jpnn.comJAKARTA – The Front for the Rescue of Democracy and Reform (F-PDR) will apply as candidate friend of the court or friends of the court as Megawati Soekarnoputri did.

This was stated by F-PDR Executive Secretary Rudi S Khamri when answering questions from media crew after figures from the organization carried out halalbihalal in Central Jakarta, Thursday (18/4).

“We have also compiled what Mrs. Mega has proposed. So, we will convey four points there,” said Rudi, Thursday.

However, Rudi could not yet reveal F-PDR’s plans to submit a letter as an amicus curiae to the Constitutional Court because his party was currently discussing it further.

“We will see after we discuss it. We will convey it there,” he said.

It is known that Megawati had previously submitted a letter to the MK on Tuesday (16/4) to become an amicus curiae to the MK.

PDI Perjuangan Secretary General Hasto Kristiyanto was the figure who delivered the letter from Megawati as amicus curiae.

“I have come to submit the opinion of a friend of the court from an Indonesian citizen, namely Mrs. Megawati Soekarnoputri,” said Hasto, Tuesday.

F-PDR will apply as an amicus curiae or friend of the court like Megawati Soekarnoputri did. When will it be delivered?
