A court of Madrid investigate the case of of the caregivers of a kindergarten of Pozuelo de Alarcón where the children of Atlético de Madrid footballers go Álvaro Morata, Antoine Griezmann, Saúl Ñíguez and Mario Hermosofor supposedly mistreat and injure children. The judge has imposed the Restraining order for one of them, the alleged perpetrator.
He Court of First Instance and Instruction number 3 of Pozuelo de Alarcón has initiated proceedings for two alleged crimes against moral integrity and injuries in which two workers at this daycare are investigated, one like alleged author and another for omissionas reported to the agency EFE different legal sources.
The investigation began after complaint of other worker from the center, which recorded with his cell phone to the caregiver because of the suspicions he had about her bad behavior, as the sources have explained.
The court is offering families who have been affected to persons in the case, the case of the colchoneros players Antoine Griezmann, Álvaro Morata, Saúl Ñíguez and Mario Hermoso. Among those affected is also the singer Huecco.
The caregiver who is being investigated as the alleged perpetrator of the abuse has been ordered, as a precautionary measure, prohibition to get closer than 500 metros of the work center and to participate in recreational, sports, educational and work activities in which minors are involved.
