Free delivery to debtor companies: Exceptional opening of CNSS collections next Saturday and Sunday

In a press release, the CNSS indicates that “given the importance of the operation of the free remittance to debtor companies, the Fund informs all of its affiliates of the exceptional opening of all its collections through the different regions of the Kingdom, Saturday January 11 and Sunday January 12, 2025.

This operation, which ends on January 15, 2025, aims, according to the same source, “to support debtor affiliates wishing to pay their debts and to allow as many of them as possible to benefit from the free discount on the increases late payment, fines and recovery costs”.

The CNSS reminds that this discount applies to all debts relating to the period of December 2024 and earlier, according to scales established according to the payment deadline.

Thus, to benefit from the free discount, debtor companies can make a full payment, and as such benefit from a discount of 60% on penalties and recovery costs and 90% on fines, specifies the press release from the CNSS.

Furthermore, if the option chosen is a payment facility over a period not exceeding 24 months, the rate is 50% for penalties and recovery costs, and 80% for fines, continues the same source.

While beyond 24 months, the discount rate is 40% for penalties and recovery costs, and 70% for fines.
