From April 15 to 17, under the motto “Accelerating Central European connections”, the Polish capital hosts the Rail Freight 2024 summit to analyze rail freight transport.

The meeting will serve to share experiences between experts in the transition period in which the RTE-T network extends to new countries and the existing network is expanded with new technologies. The topics to be discussed include the new TEN-T network in the European Union, connections in Central and Eastern Europe including those in Ukraine, the integration of the Baltic countries, connections with the Balkans, infrastructure in the European Union, innovations in logistics, high-speed freight trains, the impact of the current crisis in the Red Sea on the transport of goods and, in addition, infrastructure construction works in Germany.
