Air India has introduced a new food menu for its international passengers. Following the acquisition of Air India from the Government of India by the Tata Group, Tata is trying very hard to make Air India an international airline. Air India has also brought various changes for this.

In this case, Air India has introduced a new menu for its international passengers. From medu vada, masala uthappam to French wine, various types of food, drinks and sweets have been introduced.

Air India has introduced plant-based meals for people following a vegan diet. It includes Subs Seekh Kebab, Thai Red Curry, Broccoli and Millet Steak, Lemon Samiya Upma, Meduvadai and Masala Uthappam.

As for mains, Mushroom Scrambled Egg, Turmeric Chilli Omelette, Mixed Vegetable Paratha, Achari Paneer, Emmenthal Sandwich, Grilled Prawns, Murgh Elaichi Korma, Classic Chilli Chicken, Chicken Chettinad Roll, Baked Fillet of Fish, Masala Dal, Brown Rice Khichdi, Roast Dishes include Tomato, Bocconcini Caprese, Coriander shorba.

For desserts, there are various desserts like Mango Passionfruit Delight, Quinoa Orange Kheer, Espresso Almond Crumble Mousse Cake, Khajur Tukda, Kesar Phirni, Single Origin Chocolate Slice, Chum-Chum Sandwich.

As for alcoholic beverages, there are premium brands of whiskey, gin, vodka and beer. So far the menu features French and Italian wines including Laurent-Perrier La Cuvee Brut Champagne.

So far, there are various mocktails on the menu including Virgin Mary, California Orange, Apple Spritzer, Juice. There are also hot drinks like coffee and tea.
