If there was still hope on the part of the protesting security agents, the Minister of Internal Administration, José Luís Carneiro, dashed them this Sunday. Not only will the Government not give in to the police’s demands, it has also announced that all manifestations of indiscipline will be the subject of disciplinary and criminal proceedings.
