This interview, held on the sidelines of a visit by the minister to the company as part of the 44th edition of GITEX Global in Dubai, focused on ways to promote bilateral cooperation, as well as investment opportunities in Morocco .
The visit was also an opportunity to examine with the working team within the company, means of strengthening cooperation, partnership prospects and investment opportunities in the Kingdom, aimed at promoting development and the production of digital solutions meeting the needs of the Moroccan market and accelerating the digital transition.
On this occasion, Ms. Mezzour presented the broad outlines of the “Digital Morocco 2030” Strategy and its main axes, with the particular objective of making Morocco a pioneer in the field of digitalization.
Furthermore, the Minister of Digital Transition and Administrative Reform held discussions and took part in several activities relating to the “Morocco Digital 2030” strategy and the strengthening of partnerships and investments in this sector.
The 44th edition of GITEX Global 2024, under the banner “Global cooperation for building a future artificial intelligence economy” brings together more than 6,500 exhibitors, 1,800 startups and more than 1,200 investors from nearly 180 countries.
This global event, which continues until October 18, was an opportunity for the Ministry of Health and Social Protection to highlight, through its executives, Moroccan experience and expertise in matters of digitalization of health services to improve the health system in the Kingdom.
For its part, the Casablanca Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services is participating in this event with the aim of promoting the adoption of new technologies, both within its structures and between its members, in line with the Morocco’s strategic ambitions in terms of digital transformation.
GITEX Global 2024 aims to be a platform to establish and strengthen partnerships, launch new solutions and create international alliances, thus helping to accelerate global social and economic transformation based on artificial intelligence.
