Chennai,- In Tamil Nadu, the price of jewelery gold rose by Rs 240 per bar yesterday.

In Tamil Nadu on Saturday, 22 carat gold for 1 gram was Rs 5,335; Sawaran, sold for 42 thousand, 680 rupees. 1 gram of silver was sold at Rs 74.20.

Sunday is a holiday for the gold market. On that day, ornaments were sold at the previous day’s price.

Yesterday, gold prices rose by Rs 30 to Rs 5,365 per gram; Sawaran was sold at Rs 42,920, up by Rs 240. Silver fell by 20 paise to Rs 74 per gram.
