Government presents Artificial Intelligence Program

In order to bet on technological innovation, the Ministry of Innovation, in coordination with GBM El Salvador, launched the Artificial Intelligence Program in a globalized environment, through which it is made available to the population.

The Initiative includes four webinars taught virtually, every Wednesday in October and November, at 11:00 in the morning, with the following topics: Prompt engineering, why is it important?; what is artificial intelligence? (myths, scope and possible uses), use of artificial intelligence for SMEs and cybersecurity applied to AI.

«This teaching is part of a very extensive catalog that the Higher School of Innovation and Technology has made available. We are working on innovation, we are providing training in development, in web services, in all priority areas of technology. “We want to prepare the Salvadoran population to be an internationally recognized technological hub,” said the director of the ESIT, Doris Jaime.

Meanwhile, the GBM general manager of El Salvador, Fantina Andino, explained that the program is being implemented at the country level, through the Government of President Bukele, so that any Salvadoran can receive the courses.
