He kicks and stones parked cars – Bolzano

BOLZANO. A resident noticed him while, shouting and threatening, he kicked the parked cars in Viale Venezia in Bolzano. When police officers arrived on site, the man, a Moroccan citizen with a criminal record and without a residence permit, resumed his crazy action with even more force. He picked up a stone from the ground and, after having hurled insults and threats towards the resident, he threw it at the parked cars, before continuing to hit cars and threaten those present.

The 35-year-old was then stopped by the officers. Furthermore, in recent days the man had been identified and reported for having engaged in aggressive, violent and threatening behavior of the same nature on at least two occasions and in different circumstances: specifically, in via Dodiciville and in via Amalfi respectively, shouting and raving, probably influenced by alcohol and drugs, he had thrown stones for no reason at some passers-by and parked cars, and only by chance these attacks did not have far more tragic consequences. He was therefore reported to the Public Prosecutor’s Office for the crime of aggravated damage.

Commissioner Sartori then issued an expulsion decree against him, pending which he was transferred to the Repatriation Center in Gradisca d’Isonzo. “It is unacceptable and unjustifiable that an individual, who arrived in our country clandestinely, instead of integrating and respecting its laws, engages in violent, persecutory and oppressive behavior – highlighted Commissioner Sartori -. The terror created in various areas of the city by this individual was making life impossible for the inhabitants, who asked us for help and, now, will be able to resume their normal life habits with relief.”
