Casablanca - The president of the Social Commission of the General Confederation of moroccan Enterprises (CGEM),Hicham Zouanat,was unanimously re-elected,Thursday June 13,2024 in Geneva,as a full member of the Board of Directors of the International Labor Organization (ILO).
“His appreciated contribution during his first mandate on various social adn economic subjects such as social dialogue, platform economies, the informal economy, allowed ILO members to renew their confidence in Mr. Zouanat “, indicates the CGEM in a press release.
Furthermore, the same source recalls that Mr. Zouanat is the first Moroccan to occupy the position of holder at the level of this board of Directors in 2023. He also holds the position of vice-president of Africa within the International Organization of Employers (IOE).
