jpnn.comJAKARTA – Musician who is also a member of the Indonesian Parliament, Ahmad Dhani again highlighted the polemic of copyright involving Agnez Mo and the creator of the song Ari Bias.
Through a superior on his personal Instagram account, Ahmad Dhani questioned the ethics of the singer who performed the song without the permission of the Creator.
“Professional singers who do not ask permission from composers are those who do not understand the basic moral ethics,” Ahmad Dhani wrote, quoted on Friday (7/2).
Mulan Jameela’s husband, said that the singer was not ethical to have the right to be heard of her opinions regarding the law.
“Those who do not have basic moral ethics, do not need to hear their opinions about more specific laws,” continued Dhani.
In other uploads, the father of five delivered Article 113 paragraph 2 in the Copyright Act (UUHC) which regulates crimes for people who violate the economic rights of the Creator.
“In order to understand that it is difficult to digest the sound of the law,” Ahmad Dhani wrote, as a description of the picture.
