- Death of the owner: in this case, a death certificate of the owner, data and identification of the deceased, most recent electricity bill and data of the new owner must be provided.
- Lease Changes: for this situation, you need to have the RFC of the change requester, a letter addressed to CFE for the change, a lease contract with the name of the new tenant and an official and current identification of the new owner of the contract.
- Purchase and sale of property: Here the RFC of the new owner, a request letter for the CFE, updated proof of the property, purchase and sale contract, an identification of the new owner and a photo of the light meter will be requested.
