American media reported that Hurricane Milton, which will reach Florida tonight, is the most destructive hurricane and the highest hurricane of category five on the hurricane intensity scale.

CNN reported that the effects of Milton were found, with hurricane force winds blowing along the Florida coast, and are expected to make landfall within hours.
The storm is only 50 miles from Sarasota and the storm’s heavy tornado outbreak has already caused damage in the state.
Water levels also rise rapidly as hurricane force winds push ocean water onto normally dry land. Conditions will worsen as the storm approaches.
According to American media, the Tampa area is preparing for the impending Hurricane Milton and the area is now under a severe wind warning.
This type of warning is the most severe and urgent wind warning and indicates an “extremely dangerous and life-threatening situation.”
Additionally, the New York Times reported, “Milton is on the verge of landfall, and hurricane-force winds are blowing along the Florida coast, and Milton is expected to make landfall within hours.”
She added, “Milton could be one of the most destructive storms ever to hit Florida’s Gulf Coast. The hurricane caused damage in the state earlier today, and water levels are rising rapidly as the hurricane’s strong winds ocean water pressure on land.”
