The deadline for submitting proposals will be 2pm on November 25th. The contract will have a maximum amount of 14,750 eurosVAT excluded, and submitted budgets must be less than this figure.

The evaluation of the proposals will be carried out on the basis of two criteria: the development of the video game and the creation of the stickers, a qualitative criterion which will be evaluated through value judgments and will award up to 70 points. Furthermore, the economic proposal will be taken into consideration, which will be evaluated quantitatively and will add a maximum of 30 points.

Among the documents to be presented are: an economic proposal, a development team and a detailed proposal for the mini-video game. The latter will have to specify the concept of the game, its aesthetics and mechanics, detailing the aesthetic line (character(s) and elements), animations and game dynamics. Additionally, a sticker proposal must be submitted, in paper and digital format, that includes at least one element of the game, such as a character or some other visual component.
