Dmitry Medvedev, the former President of Russia and Deputy Chairman of the Security Council, has warned that if Russia is defeated in Ukraine, there will be a nuclear war.
Russia and the United States are the largest nuclear powers and possess 90 percent of the world’s nuclear weapons, Dmitry said, adding that Putin would make the final decision on the use of nuclear weapons.
Dmitry Medvedev said that Russia will use all means to protect itself and its people.
