Ilioupoli: A mother and son were found dead in their home from gunshots

A 60-year-old mother and her 35-year-old son were found dead on Wednesday night (10/4) in an apartment on Thermopylon Street in Ilioupoli.

Initial reports indicate that both had been dead for days. The tenants of the apartment building notified the police due to the strong stench.

For the time being, all possibilities are being considered, with the predominant one being a double murder by a third person.

According to information, a carbine was found in the apartment but in a different room than the one where the two bodies were found, while the back door of the apartment was found open and the main entrance locked.

Also, the police officers who entered the apartment found an image of disturbance in the apartment.
