She indicated that the court, after examining the evidence achieved in this case, which included the statements of the legal representative of the Ministry of Defense who requested the complaint, the administrative investigation according to which the convict was negligent, and the priorities for disbursing the amount, found it sufficient and convincing for the conviction, and issued its decision to imprison him in presence for a period of one year, based on the provisions of Article (340). ) of the Penal Code, giving the right to the complainant (Ministry of Defense) to claim compensation before the civil courts after the verdict becomes final.
