In Culiacán, Sinaloa, a man was arrested in possession of more than 131 thousand fentanyl pills.
This was announced by the Secretariat of Security and Citizen Protection (SSPC) in its report on the National Security Strategy; The agency detailed about the arrest, that:

“Elements of the Mexican Army, National Guard, Navy, Attorney General’s Office (FGR) and the SSPC detained a man aboard a vehicle, from whom they seized 2 suitcases with 131,501 fentanyl pills and 37 kilos of methamphetamine.”
Said assurance, the official report states, is equivalent to 65.8 million pesos.
A month ago, the Federal Government one and a half tons of fentanyl pills were seized in Sinaloa; It is the largest seizure in recent years.

García Harfuch explained that in the actions carried out by elements of the agency under his charge, Navy, Defense, National Guard and from the Attorney General’s Office of the Republic, 2 men were arrested and firearms were seized, and he announced that:
“These actions will continue until the violence in the state of Sinaloa decreases.”
