Gujarat: The Indian team has fully captured the ODI series against the West Indies. In the third ODI, the Indian bowlers bowled profusely.

The West Indies were bowled out for 266 in their opening set. Sai Hope was bowled out for 5 by Siraj LPW, followed by another opener Deepak Sahar for 14. In the ensuing middle order batsmen, all but Captain Pooran were out for single digits. Kuldeep Yadav was bowled out for 34 by Pooran, who started the match as action-packed as last time. Despite the key players taking their wickets in succession, the team’s Dyland batsmen Smith and Aljari Joseph both made the Indian bowlers a bit nervous.

India won by 96 runs to clinch the ODI series 3-0. For India, Prasidh Krishna and Siraj took three wickets each while Sahar and Kuldeep Yadav took two wickets each.

With this victory, captain Rohit Sharma set a new record. This is his 11th consecutive win in the last 13 matches he has captained. The goalie has won a maximum of 10 matches as captain.
