Mumbai: The Tata Group has decided that there should be separate leaders for both Tata Trusts and Tata Sons, the holding companies of the Tata Group.

Ratan Tata is the Chairman of Tata Trusts, which holds 66 per cent stake in Tata Sons. Ratan Tata, who was the Chairman of both Tata Trust and Tata Sons, retired from Tata Sons at the age of 75. Since then, he has been the Chairman of Tata Trusts.
