During extraordinary session, the INE approved four ballot designs for the 2025 judicial election. According to the National Electoral Institutethese four designs were approved to be used in the election of various judicial positions.
In addition to the use of security paper that is usually used to prevent counterfeiting, they will also be printed in two ballot sizes, letter and half letter.

The first size will be used for the election of Ministers of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation. The second for the elections of Magistrates of the Judicial Disciplinary Court, Superior Chamber and Regional Chambers of the Electoral Tribunal of the Judicial Branch of the Federation (TEPJF).
On the other hand, for the elections of Circuit Magistrates and District judges, the original ballot design was not approvednor two proposals for modifications. For the approval of these missing designs, the INE must make this decision until the new session of the General Council.

Regarding the company in charge of carrying out the printing of the ballots, the INE chose Talleres Graphicos de México, an organization that takes care of security measures and follows the planned specifications. both design and pantones.
The ballots will be attached to a sheet of paper with a progressive number from which they will be removable. Said check will contain the following data: name of the electoral process and the election; federal entity; electoral district and, where applicable, multi-member constituency, judicial circuit and judicial district.
