Private customers can now send orders to Italy and Poland through the InPost network. The offer was already available for e-commerce.

Editor, Time.news: Thank you for joining us today, Rafał. InPost has recently announced an exciting expansion of its services to include private customers sending orders to Italy and Poland. Can you share what motivated this expansion?
Rafał Brzoska: Thank you for having me. Our motivation to expand into Italy and Poland stemmed from the growing demand for international shipping solutions among individuals and businesses alike. We recognized the need for a simple, effective way for customers to send orders overseas, especially with the holiday season approaching. Our extensive network of nearly 70,000 InPost points across Europe allows us to tackle this challenge effectively.

Rafał Brzoska: Unlike traditional courier services that often rely on home delivery, InPost focuses primarily on drop-off points. This is not only more flexible for the customer but also more efficient. Users simply enter the weight of their package on our website, choose a Pack Point or Locker, and provide the destination data. This means they can send gifts and parcels without having to wait at home for a delivery. It’s a real game changer in the realm of logistics.

Rafał Brzoska: First and foremost, customers should weigh their packages accurately to avoid any surprises at drop-off points. It’s also essential to double-check the destination details to ensure a smooth delivery process. With the holidays approaching, I recommend sending packages early, especially as international shipping can take longer. InPost’s system allows for easy tracking and updates, which helps customers stay informed throughout the delivery process.
