LIC has explained about the investments made in Adani group companies. As on December 31, LIC shares have been invested in Adani group companies in the form of equity and debt to the tune of 35 thousand 917 crore 31 lakh rupees.
And LIC has explained that it has invested for many years without doing this in a single period, and as of January 27, the market value of investments made by LIC in Adani Group is 56 thousand 142 crores, and the total value of investments is 36 thousand 474 crores 78 lakh rupees.
LIC explained that while the total asset value of LIC is 41 lakh 66 thousand crore rupees, the value of investments made in Adani Group is only 0.9%.
