Unconfirmed reports for the budget-focused iPhone 18e suggest it may retain a traditional 60Hz refresh rate on a 6.12-inch LTPS OLED panel, alongside a 48MP main camera and a 24MP front-facing camera.

New Display Supports 120Hz Refresh Rate

Unlike the conventional 60Hz panels rumored for lower-tier variants in the same product cycle, this screen supports a high refresh rate of up to 120Hz. The integration of LTPO technology allows the display to adjust its refresh rate dynamically based on onscreen content.

Under the hood, the device is tipped to adopt an Apple A20-series processor manufactured using a 2nm process.

Additional internal hardware leaks point to the inclusion of the N2 wireless chipset alongside the C2 modem, marking a cohesive hardware refresh for Apple’s upcoming mobile ecosystem.
