According to “Bild”, the background is that Jimi Blue Ochsenknecht is said to have failed to pay a five-figure hotel bill several years ago. The hotel then sued the restaurateur and won. In March 2023, the Kitzbühel district court sentenced him to pay the required amount and interest, and he also paid the court costs.

Jimi Blue Ochsenknecht claimed according to “Bild”: “The matter has been resolved.” The lawyer for the hotel that filed the lawsuit apparently does not share this view. “I cannot confirm that the matter in question has been ‘resolved’, let alone that our client’s claim has been paid by Mr. Ochsenknecht.”
That’s why Uwe and Natascha Ochsenknecht’s son could now face consequences: “The enforcement proceedings against Mr. Ochsenknecht are therefore not completed and we are instructed to continue them.”
