Vivant Sharma, a dynamic youngster, is also a leg-spin bowler. Last year he was the Nets bowler for Sunrisers Hyderabad. Vivrant has not played a single match for Team India till now. Thus, he was included among the uncapped players. There was fierce competition between Rajasthan Royals and Sunrisers Hyderabad to sign him. But in the end Sunrisers Hyderabad won. His base price is Rs 20 lakh. But Sunrisers Hyderabad bought him for Rs 2 crore 60 lakhs.

Vivrant was born on 30th October 1999. His elder brother is also a cricketer. Sunrisers Hyderabad now have three players from Jammu and Kashmir. Before him, Umran Malik and Abdul Samad played for Hyderabad in IPL.
