Jangheung-gun promoted the Dream Start Home Cooking Environment Improvement Project. Jangheung-gun recently conducted a support activity to replace pots and frying pans for 16 households with unsanitary cooking environments through the Dream Start project.
This project targeted households whose cooking utensils were old or damaged due to economic difficulties and environmental factors.
This is a project designed to help people maintain a healthy eating lifestyle by improving basic cooking environments.
The replaced cooking utensils were selected as high-quality products that are durable and can be used hygienically, focusing on improving cooking convenience and safety.
One of the support recipients said, “Because the cooking utensils were old, food often got stuck and it was difficult to keep them clean.” “Pots and frying pans are the items we use the most on a daily basis, but they are not easy to replace, so I had a lot of trouble, so this helped.” “Thank you so much.”
An official from Jangheung-gun said, “We hope that through this project, the cooking environment of vulnerable families will be slightly improved so that they can maintain a healthy eating lifestyle.” He added, “We will continue to improve the actual living conditions of vulnerable families and create a healthy environment through continued interest and community support.” “We plan to work hard to create it,” he said.
