Berlin/Paris – A journey of almost a year in a VW bus turned into an eye-opening experience for jewelry designer Helge Hauptmann. The 34-year-old had worked for large companies such as Fossil and Thomas Sabo for ten years before she needed a little time off. So she took her Bulli and drove north, further and further, to the tip of the North Cape in Norway. Once there, the incomparable natural experience made her think: she realized that she wanted to contribute something to change the world for the better. Preferably with what was close to her heart, namely jewelry.
