Joining us are Juan David Ríos from Deportivo Pereira and Kevin Londono from Deportivo Pasto. Welcome, gentlemen!
Juan David Ríos: Thanks for having us! It’s great to be here.
Kevin Londono: Happy to be here! Excited to share our thoughts.
Time.news Editor: Let’s jump right in! You both have had stellar seasons with your teams—Ríos with Deportivo Pereira, who recently won their first championship, and Londono with Deportivo Pasto. What does this victory mean to you personally?
Juan David Ríos: Winning that championship with Pereira was truly special. It meant a lot to the club and the fans; it was their first star. The energy was incredible, and it makes every training session and match worthwhile when you achieve something like that.
Kevin Londono: I completely agree. For me, it’s about the journey and the growth we’ve experienced as players and as a team. Every match is a step toward building something great, and the support from our fans means the world.
Time.news Editor: Now, you’ve both been featured in ’eGo ‘Play Style’,’ where you opened up about personal experiences and even discussed your styles on and off the field. How do you see the connection between personal style and your game?
Juan David Ríos: That’s an interesting question! I believe personal style showcases a player’s character. It reflects confidence and can influence how we feel during matches. It’s all part of our identity as players. The eGo Styling Cream is a great way for us to express that, keeping our look sharp while we focus on the game.
Kevin Londono: Absolutely! It’s about feeling good in your skin, which translates to how you play. When you look good, you play good, as they say. I think bringing this conversation to our fans is important—everyone deserves to feel confident, whether they’re on the field or in everyday life.
Time.news Editor: Speaking of your journeys, I hear you both had childhood clubs that you supported. Juan, you’re a proud fan of Deportivo Pereira, and Kevin, you’ve got ties to Independiente Medellín. How has your love for your teams shaped you as players?
Juan David Ríos: Growing up as a fan of Pereira has given me immense pride. It motivates me to give my best for the club, to honor its history. I want to help us build a legacy further.
Kevin Londono: For me, supporting Independiente Medellín was everything; I even helped start a fan club! It reinforces the connection I have with the team and community. Now that I’m back as a player, it’s like a dream come true. And playing for Atlético Nacional was something special too—it’s a huge honor.
Time.news Editor: We can certainly see that passion. Juan, you chose to stay with Deportivo Pereira instead of joining Atlético Nacional. What influenced that decision?
Juan David Ríos: The support I felt from Pereira was unmatched. They matched all my requirements for returning, and I was promised a significant role in the team’s future. I trust the vision of the club and our coach, and I want to be a part of this journey.
