“There is a conspiracy of internal and some external forces here, since both Kazakh and foreign citizens participated,” he said.
He called the riots in Kazakhstan a “hybrid terrorist attack” aimed at destabilization and coup.

According to Karin, a new scenario was applied against Kazakhstan, which differs from long-term protests and pressure on the authorities, Orda.kz reports. However, Kazakhstan held out, the involvement of the CSTO forces “ruined all plans for destabilization,” the secretary of state said.
