The Ministry of Economy reports that on October 24, Minister Vahan Kerobyan met the delegation led by the Minister of Trade of the Republic of Korea Ahn Dokgun.
At the meeting, the most prospective directions of cooperation between Armenia and Korea were discussed, including: metallurgy, mining, solar and renewable energy, green economy, as well as construction of industrial parks.
Presenting the Gyumri “dry port” project, Vahan Kerobyan offered the Korean side to consider the possibility of involving Korean companies in that project.
The minister also presented the favorable conditions created in Armenia for the establishment of innovative R&D offices.
Having learned about the state support programs in the field of agriculture, the members of the delegation considered it possible to develop effective cooperation in that direction as well.
