Kiev needs new soldiers. Ukraine plans to soon mobilize 160,000 people to replenish the ranks of its army, the secretary of the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council announced to deputies on Tuesday, October 29. In April, the country adopted a controversial bill aimed at facilitating the mobilization of soldiers.
