“Today unfortunately what happened for a long time, I and many others who lived in Haiti, suspected, that is, that there would be something terrible that today is ‘completed’ with what has happened”. This was stated to AdnKronos by the engineer from Catania Vanni Cali ‘, freed a few days ago after 23 days of kidnapping in Haiti, after hearing the news of the killing of the president of Haiti Moise in which his wife also died.

Speaking instead of the kidnapping suffered last June 1st, the engineer Cali ‘admits that “the Lord has given me the strength to return to normalcy. They were 23 terrible days in absolute suspension of life and knowledge in terrible conditions from a logistical, human and mental point of view ”.
