Jeddah: Saudi Arabia has recorded 625 new Kovid patients and 971 cures. This brings the total number of Kovid cases reported in the country so far to 7,95,811 and the number of cases to 7,77,925. A new death was also reported. This brings the total death toll in the country to 9,209.
Currently, 8,677 people are being treated for the disease. Of these, 148 are in critical condition. They are being treated in various hospital intensive care units across the country.
In Saudi Arabia, the current Kovid release rate is 97.75 percent and the death rate is 1.15 percent. The number of newly reported cases in major cities across the country was 216, Jeddah 96, Dammam 58, Hufuf 30, Madinah 22, Makkah 22, Abha 16, Dhahran 13, Ta’if 12, and Al Khobar 11.
