Kochi : Of Dulquer Salman (Dulquer Salman) Kurup (dry up) Netflix’s (Netflix) On the training list (Trending List) Won the space. Kurup has topped Netflix’s trending list. The movie started streaming on December 14 on the OTT platform Netflix. Dulquer Salman is happy with the audience response to the film on Netflix.
Kurup, which has a worldwide collection of over 80 crores (WorldWide Collection), was announced to hit Netflix on December 17, but started streaming with a surprise. Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu and Hindi versions of Kurup are available on Netflix.

Based on the life of Pitikittapulli Sukumara Kurup, Kurup is produced by Wafer Films and M Star Entertainment, owned by Dulquer Salman. Within five days of the film’s release, Kurup managed to collect Rs 50 crore. The film managed to collect around Rs 20 crore in three days from GCC alone.

Kurup is directed by Srinath Rajendran, who directed the second show of Dulquer Salman’s debut film. With a budget of Rs 35 crore, Kurup has become one of the biggest releases of Dulquer Salman’s career. The film received a record offer for a direct OTT release on Netflix. However, despite these offers, it was decided to release the film in theaters.
