Aamir Khan starrer ‘Lal Singh Sadha’ and Akshay Kumar starrer ‘Raksha Bandhan’ hit theaters on Thursday. Let’s see the first day collection of the film.
Directed by Advait Chandan, Aamir Khan is starring in the film ‘Lal Singh Sadha’. An official remake of the Hollywood film ‘Forest Gump’, the film stars Kareena Kapoor, Naga Chaitanya in lead roles.
The film is released in Tamil Nadu by Udayanidhi Stalin’s Red Giant Movies. In this case, reliable information has come out that this film released on Thursday has collected Rs.10 crore to Rs.12 crore on the first day. Bollywood trade experts believe that this is the worst opening for an Aamir Khan film in the last 13 years.
It has been reported that the film has received good response in Delhi and Punjab. Although Lal Singh Sidda received positive reviews, film critics say that the film has been neglected due to Aamir Khan’s past comments.
Similarly, Akshay Kumar starrer Anand L. Roy’s film ‘Raksha Bandhan’ released on Thursday. It has been confirmed that the first day collection of the film, which is based on a family story emphasizing brother-sister love, may be between Rs 7 crore and 8 crore. It is noteworthy that the opening day collections of Akshay Kumar movies so far this year have continued to decline.
Although neither of the two films got the expected opening in Bollywood, it is clear that ‘Lal Singh Satta’ is ahead in terms of collections.
