With fierce competition for Land Rover (Defender 110 DL model), the TJ-MS (Court of Justice of Mato Grosso do Sul) auction ends at 4pm (Brasília time) tomorrow (11th).
With 71 bids until this Sunday morning, lot 27, which offers the utility vehicle, started with a value of R$38,530.25. Today, it is already at R$100,030.25. The biggest proposal came from Santa Catarina, but there are previous bids from interested parties from Grosso do Sul, Mato Grosso, Goiás, Bahia and Amazonas.
The utility was discovered in 2020, on BR-060, with 130 cocaine tablets distributed in three classes (pure, commercial and powder), totaling 105 kilos. The drugs were found after a false bottom was discovered in the trunk.
All vehicles were seized in criminal actions by the state courts. The so-called early disposal follows guidance from the CNJ (National Council of Justice) to preserve the values corresponding to the seized assets. Because, naturally, they are subject to depreciation, devaluation or mischaracterization due to time, disuse, outdatedness or simple aging.
The Court of Justice’s auction has vehicles for circulation, reusing parts and waste. It should be noted that the vehicles are not tested and may be missing parts and components in general. Lots can be consulted here
