Lapid suffers setback as Gantz rises, while Netanyahu coalition faces decline

Amid the general strike in the economy, nationwide protests, and negotiations with Minister of National Security Itamar Ben Gabir, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced a delay in the legislation of the judicial system reform on Monday night. The survey also shows that 63% of respondents oppose the dismissal of Defense Minister Yoav Galant, with 58% of Likud voters and 42% of Netanyahu bloc voters opposing the move. Additionally, 53% of the public supports the protests against the legal reform, with 35% of Likud voters and 23% of Netanyahu bloc voters in favor.

The survey also examined what the public thinks about Gallant’s dismissal from his position as defense minister. About 63%, almost two-thirds of the respondents, oppose the dismissal of Defense Minister Yoav Galant, while among Likud voters 58% oppose the move, and among Netanyahu bloc voters – 42% oppose.

The survey also examined what the public thinks about the protests against the legal reform. More than half of the public, 53% overall support the protest against the reform, while 35% of Likud voters support it, and 23% of Netanyahu’s bloc voters.
