LB Bulgaricum announced yesterday opened a selection procedure for providers of raw cow’s milk for the production base in Vidin. The application deadline is short – until October 25, 2023.
The state-owned company explicitly states that it will work only with Bulgarian raw materials, and its payment will be quick, as the invoicing period will be three working days.
The capacity of LB Bulgaricum at the base is processing 25 tons of milk per day.
The company also announces the standard requirements for suppliers – that they are registered with the BFSA, and that the fresh milk meets all the criteria for a high-quality and natural product, without the presence of any additives from milk powders, emulsifiers, stabilizers, foreign milk and non-dairy fats.
We remind you that until recently the company also worked with raw materials imported from Poland, Romania and Hungary.
