Taapsee Pannu, the popular actress of Indian cinema, wore a garland around the neck of her beloved man after a decade of love. Tapsee Pannu and Mathias Bow completed the marriage ceremony in Udaipur on March 23.

It can be seen that apart from the lehenga, Taapsee is wearing a red salwar-kameez. Usually, Bollywood stars wear expensive looking lehengas in weddings. But Taapsee walked the other way.
Taapsee Pannu explains the reasons for wearing salwar-kameez in weddings. The actress told Hindustan Times, ‘I grew up watching Sikh weddings in Gurdwaras. In Sikh weddings, brides wear red salwar-kameez with dupatta. So I already had a vintage-classic wedding idea in mind. This is the only way in which the complete bridal look comes; Lehenga does not convey the true feeling of marriage.’
‘I wanted to keep the wedding ceremony a secret. But it didn’t happen. Instead, the wedding video has been leaked. However, I designed the outfit with my college friend Moni Bhatia. Besides, I wanted to dance a lot at my wedding, which is why I didn’t wear a lehenga at the wedding.’ said Taapsee.
Taapsee-Mathyas met for the first time in 2013 at the inaugural function of the Indian Badminton League. Later they got into a relationship. Although he did not hide about it. However, in 2021, Taapsee admitted about this relationship.
