The production company Appian Way has hired Jennifer Davison to produce the film together with DiCaprio, writes the industry website Deadline. As early as spring 2021, it became known that the latter was considering an English-language remake of Thomas Vinterberg’s film from 2020.

DiCaprio is best known as an actor, but has also helped produce several films, including “Wolf of Wall Street”, in which he himself played the lead role.
Screenwriter Stuart Bloomberg should already have a script ready for the new version of the film, which was originally called “Druk” in Danish and was given the English title “Another Round”. The text will now be further developed in collaboration with director Rock.
