India’s largest public sector insurance company, Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) has released a notification to fill the posts of Assistant Administrative Officer. In the current notification, 300 vacancies are to be filled across the country. Eligible and interested candidates apply before 31.01.2023.

Assistant Administrative Officer
Number of Vacancies : 300
Educational Qualification: Graduation from a recognized University.
Age Qualification: Candidate should be between 21 to 30 years as on 01.01.2023. However, there is an age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD.
Salary: 92,870
Mode of Selection:
It has three stages which are Prelims, Mains and Interview. All the preliminary examination and main examination will be conducted through computer mode only. There is no written test.
Primary Examination:
The preliminary examination will be held for 100 marks. It will contain 100 questions from English language, Reasoning ability and Numerical ability. Duration of this exam is 1 hour with 20 minutes for each section. The preliminary examination is only the qualifying examination. Candidates who qualify the preliminary examination will be called for the main examination.
Main Exam:
The main examination will be conducted in two parts. In the first part, the examination will be held for 160 marks consisting of multiple choice questions. It consists of 120 questions in English, Aptitude, Mathematics and General Knowledge or Insurance and Financial Marketing Awareness. The duration of this exam is 2 hours.
Next will be essay and letter writing test. This exam will be held for 50 marks. Duration is 30 minutes.
Interview
Qualified candidates will be called for certificate verification and interview. The final merit list will be published based on the marks obtained in the main examination and interview and the vacancies will be filled.
