The Central Bank of Azerbaijan suspended for a month the licenses for activities of an insurance agent for two individuals and the license of an insurance broker for one individual.

“Due to the failure to submit appropriate reports in accordance with Article 106.1.10 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic “On Insurance Activities”, by the decision of the Central Bank of the Azerbaijan Republic dated December 16, 2024, the validity of licenses issued to individuals – an insurance broker and two insurance agents, whose names are indicated in the list, suspended for one month,” the statement said.
