The launch of the “Vessel of Hatred” add-on for the action role-playing game “Diablo 4” was anything but smooth. Players are currently plagued by annoying licensing problems.

It wasn’t just the slightly delayed launch of “Hateful Vessel” that displeased many Diablo fans around the world. In addition, there were additional hurdles early in the morning such as connection drops, delays and more. The so-called license problems are very annoying. In the worst case, this causes players to lose access to the add-on, even though they previously purchased and installed it correctly.
Logically the complaints increased from the ranks of the community, which also left its mark on the developer Blizzard Entertainment. The team reported a short time later in the official forum speak up and announce a solution soon.
“We have read reports of players randomly losing access to Vessel of Hatred during their sessions on consoles,” Blizzard confirmed. “We have identified the error and are currently testing a solution. The plan is to release it as part of our next fix.”
It is not yet known when exactly this hotfix will appear for “Diablo 4”. Fortunately, there is a workaround that players can use to get license issues under control at least temporarily.

Blizzard Entertainment has presented a temporary solution to the current licensing issues, which seems to be having the desired effect in most cases. Accordingly, players affected by the problem should briefly log out of “Diablo 4” and log back in immediately.
This will restore access to Vessel of Hate. Alternatively, it can help transform into any non-spiritual character.
