The Principality of Liechtenstein uses investments to make agriculture more sustainable. During a visit north of Vienna, it wants to give an impression of the long-term perspectives of one’s own investments.

If you want to experience biodiversity, you have to put up with (mosquito) stings. Here around Wilfersdorf Castle, the Liechtenstein princely family manages their lands with their associated company as owners, the largest agricultural enterprise in Austria. The wheat is processed by world-renowned brands. 2,500 hectares of conventional land, 500 hectares of organic land, up to 400 hectares and thus more than the law would require, biodiversity areas on which nature regenerates untouched. 200 hectares of forest that is left to itself.
