An English press report stated that Liverpool will open the door to the departure of three of the team’s players at the end of the current season.
According to the English Football Insider network, Liverpool is ready to allow Joel Matip, Thiago Alcantara and Adrian to leave at the end of this season, and their contracts with Liverpool will expire at the end of the current season, and they will not be renewed.
Matip participated in 14 matches this season, before suffering a knee injury during the victory over Fulham last December, as a result of which he will be absent until the end of the current season.
While (Thiago Alcantara) recovered from a long-term injury, he returned to the field during the match against Arsenal last month, but he suffered a new setback that may lead to his absence until the end of this season as well.
As for goalkeeper Adrian, the team no longer needs his efforts, as he participated in only two matches since the 2020-2021 season and did not play any matches this season.
