BJP candidate Kavita Rajan and AIADMK locked the front door of the wedding hall as there were more than 200 members of the public inside the wedding hall. Following this, the BJP and AIADMK informed the election officials about the DMK’s non-payment of money.
The BJP and AIADMK blocked a crowd of civilians as they exited through the back door. There was a slight altercation, push-pull and melee between the BJP, AIADMK and DMK, which blocked the public. Thus a tense situation prevailed in the area.

The nearby polnants have convinced them without conflict between the two sides.
Meanwhile, the BJP and AIADMK chanted slogans condemning the DMK’s action.
