Film Conference starring Simbu directed by Venkat Prabhu. Produced by Suresh Kamatchi, the film was launched in 2018. Having faced various problems and obstacles since its inception, the film faced a lot of problems during its release. Originally it was decided to release the film for Diwali. The release of the film was then postponed to November 25 due to the release of Rajinikanth’s Annatha film.
Following this, Simbu fans were getting ready to celebrate Deepavali on November 25. On the evening of November 24, while the booking of the film was in full swing, the film’s producer Suresh Kamatchi tweeted, ‘Due to unavoidable circumstances, the conference film will not be released tomorrow.’ This came as a shock to Simbu fans.
They then talked to the political leaders and announced that the conference would be released tomorrow as planned following the social decision reached overnight. Usually if the films of great actors are put on a special show in the early morning. In that sense the conference was so arranged for the film.
