Madonna attacked Instagram over the weekend for downloading a number of photos of herself claiming they were not modest enough.
The 63-year-old singer, who repeatedly proves that age is just a number, re-uploaded one of the photos, in which she is photographed in tights and a black leotard, and wrote: “I am re-posting a photo that Instagram took down for me without warning or warning. “In one of the pictures, my nipple was exposed.”
The singer added that “it is amazing to find that in our culture a nipple is still considered sexual, even though it is used to feed babies, while the rest of a woman’s body can be shown, inch by inch.”
The singer went on to attack, noting that the company has a double standard as it is allowed to post pictures of men with bare breasts, while of women not. In relation to this she wondered “Can not a man’s nipple be experienced as erotic?”.
